Just a tip 1

When you do any type of strength training, it is always a good idea to eat some protein after the workout to help your rebuild your muscles. Also, you should have a small amount of carbohydrates, to help replenish your body's energy. Drink lots of water before and after the workout. When working out make sure you don't drink to much water or else it will slosh around in your stomach. Most importantly, make sure you are always focused, so you do not injure yourself.

New Year's Resolutions

Let's be honest, no one actually does their New Year's resolution after about two weeks. So, what is the point in making one? Well, that is how I have thought the past couple years, but then I realized something. Why not make one that we can keep? Such as doing more of what we love and spending more time with the people we love. So, I guess my New year's resolution is to write more, because it is my favorite thing to do. I spend so much time doing things that I just like instead of doing things that I love. This year I am going to do more of the things I love and less of the things that I just plain like.

Story Time 1

  I remember back to seventh grade, when we would sometimes go to Mcdonald's to hang out after school. Well, one day we were there and I randomly said, "Pasta!" It was not a yell, but it was louder than my normal talking voice. There was a lady there and she said, "Watch your language young lady!"
  My friends and I still don't know what word she could have possibly heard, but it is a story that keeps us laughing still today. I think someday when I am old and retired, I will go to Mcdonald's or some other fast food place and wait. I will wait for some young preteen or teenager to say something random, but appropriate loudly. Then, I will say to them, "Watch your language young man/lady (depending on gender)"

Simple Ideas 1

It is winter and I don't have school tomorrow due to bad weather. I am stuck with my mom all day. I realized that there are other parents out there who have their kids tomorrow. Sometimes it can be hard to keep the kids behaved, especially if there are more than one and they fight. A simple and great idea is movie day. Open the movie cabinet and let each kid pick out their favorite movie. Then, while they are sitting there for about two hours per movie, you can have you peace and quiet or join them and have a family movie day. Either way it is a great way to put the kids in one place and keep them distracted for a long period of time.

Writing

Writing is not just putting words on paper. It is putting one's thoughts and feelings of which they can not say to another person. It is easiest to put down on paper, but whether they let someone else read it is a whole other world.
