Just a tip 1

When you do any type of strength training, it is always a good idea to eat some protein after the workout to help your rebuild your muscles. Also, you should have a small amount of carbohydrates, to help replenish your body's energy. Drink lots of water before and after the workout. When working out make sure you don't drink to much water or else it will slosh around in your stomach. Most importantly, make sure you are always focused, so you do not injure yourself.
